Equity Participation Not Required.
Ambulatory Surgical Group is focused on providing development and management services. We do not require an ownership position. If fact, we prefer that ownership remain with the physicians and/or hospital. More ownership at the provider level equates to more involvment and higher procedure volume. This creates higher revenues and more income to distribute. We believe that this is a formula for success.
